Fulfillment

Orders placed on Nahfa Store are fulfilled through H2 HEALTHCARE, the manufacturer and warehouse for HTWO Healthcare products.

Dispatch

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India. After dispatch, delivery commonly takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination, courier capacity and weather.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders ₹999+, subject to serviceability and the current checkout terms.

Tracking

After dispatch, your tracking link or AWB is sent by SMS and/or email. Visit Track Order if you need help.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete address, landmark, reachable mobile number and correct pincode. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after courier handover.

Delivery Problems

For a damaged parcel, photograph the outer packaging and shipping label before opening and contact care@nahfastore.com promptly. For failed delivery attempts, respond to the courier's calls or messages to arrange re-delivery.
