Payment details are entered on the secure Shopify checkout experience. Nahfa Store does not ask customers to send card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Important Safety Rule

Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV or password with anyone claiming to be from Nahfa Store.

Payment Debited but Order Not Confirmed?

Allow 15–30 minutes for payment reconciliation. If the order still does not appear, email care@nahfastore.com with the payment reference, amount, date and mobile number used at checkout.
